The manager Debbie was kind caring and sorted my problems with out any fuss or bother she listened to me and reassured me nothing was too much trouble for her she is a credit to the department and the NHS
Mainly because the staff there are wonderful & hard working people, Their professionalism and duty of care was first class, The waiting time to be seen by those same staff is brutal but that is not the fault of the healthcare people who work at the hospital but as everyone knows the fault of central government & underfunding.
Every member of nursing and medical staff were positive and caring
Everyone was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you
So many reasons staff all worked so hard always busy but caring at the same time very impressed
Friendly and caring. Even though the unit was very busy you weren’t made to feel hurried and the doctor made you feel relaxed and listened too.
Was seen in a reasonable amount of time great service from all staff involved in my care even though they was very busy they made me feel that my care was important
Dealt with professionally & quickly.
As with anything to do with rheumatology at DRI my appointment was very useful and helpful. I was given lots of new ideas and a follow up at the hand clinic has already been arranged. Well done to all the people involved. It’s so nice to be able to give positive feedback.
Easy from start to finish lady who greeted was very nice. The physio Aro was very good polite and helpful I knew what I was doing when I left.
